Cell C

I have a contract sim card with cell c , I have lost the sim card more than 6 months ago and they refuse to assist me in replacing the sim, I have called and went In store with no luck, I am paying for absolutely nothing and am tried of even trying at this point I just want to voice my opinion of how I am being treated in store Southgate branch and when I call in, I will NEVER deal with cell c again I’m disgusting by the way I’m being treated and my phone is insured they won’t pay if I claim coz I don’t have the so yet I’m begging them for one
