I took out a loan many years ago and i am still paying towards it which did not feel right. I then checked and noticed that i am actually overpaying and it’s supposed to be stopped. I am also required to be refunded the excess amount. I went to Nedbank but they could not help me because there is another department apparently that needs to look over this.
