I have a contract sim card with cell c , I have lost the sim card more than 6 months ago and they refuse to assist me in replacing the sim, I have called and went In store with no luck, I am paying for absolutely nothing and am tried of even trying at this point I just want to voice my opinion of how I am being treated in store Southgate branch and when I call in, I will NEVER deal with cell c again I’m disgusting by the way I’m being treated and my phone is insured they won’t pay if I claim coz I don’t have the so yet I’m begging them for one

Worse food experience, i went there with friends after the ECR Big Walk. We received the wrong orders, cold food, and the taste just was weird. It was very dissapointing because i had heard good things about them before but it just was not a good day.

I hired Elegant Events Planning to organize my wedding, and it was a complete disaster. From the start, the planner, Rachel, seemed disorganized and uninterested in our vision. She would often forget important details and would not respond to our calls or emails in a timely manner.

I purchased a water filtration system from PureWater Filtration Systems, and it was a complete waste of money. The system was difficult to install, and the customer support was unhelpful. The filters were also very expensive and needed to be replaced frequently

The plants they sold me were dead within a week. The staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful

They booked my flight for the wrong day and refused to help me change it. The customer service was terrible

The cake was stale and tasted terrible. The customer service was also very unfriendly. Would not order from them again

The clothes are cheaply made and the customer service is non-existent. They refused to exchange a defective item.

The massage therapist was rough and unprofessional. The ambiance was also very unrelaxing. Not worth the money

This is a scam company, they only have an online shop that is on Facebook. I ordered a pair of Nike and was told delivery would be within a week. It is now a month and no communication or delivery. I lost my money

Useless is not even the word, these guys did not contact me or even come to my home yet state that no one answered and was home. They clearly avoided coming to my area to deliver the package.

Bought a whole couch set which was also delivered late, the quality and description does not match the actual images on their website. Feels like it will break anytime. They are not taking my calls or responding to emails.

As a parent organizing a birthday party for my child, I entrusted Party Fun Co. to provide the entertainment, including a jumping castle, to ensure a memorable celebration. However, my experience with Party Fun Co. was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

Despite confirming multiple times in advance, Party Fun Co. failed to deliver the jumping castle to the party venue on the agreed-upon date. As the children eagerly awaited the arrival of the castle, their excitement turned to disappointment when it became apparent that it wasn’t coming.

The absence of the jumping castle left a significant void in the party’s entertainment lineup, leaving the children bored and restless. Not only did this impact the enjoyment of the party, but it also reflected poorly on me as the organizer, as I had promised the children a fun-filled day that Party Fun Co. failed to deliver.

To add insult to injury, Party Fun Co. provided no explanation or apology for their oversight. Their lack of communication and accountability only exacerbated the situation, leaving me feeling frustrated and let down by their unprofessionalism.

I took out a loan many years ago and i am still paying towards it which did not feel right. I then checked and noticed that i am actually overpaying and it’s supposed to be stopped. I am also required to be refunded the excess amount. I went to Nedbank but they could not help me because there is another department apparently that needs to look over this.

I purchased a laptop from this company, and it’s been nothing but trouble since day one. Within a week, the screen started flickering, and despite reaching out to customer service, I got no response for days.

This was supposed to be an exclusive hotel but it was not worth the visit, we went for supper which was poor. The service was bad on a low capacity night, there were drunk people just allowed to walk around and make the place extremely noisy.

Please stay away from this scam company, i have contacted the legit ted baker store and they stated that the tedbaker south africa online store is actually a scam. The prices are too good to be true but unfortunely i did not think this through.

Don’t even think about it, food took extremely long to make and didn’t taste right. I paid a good amount of money at this place, i deserve a refund.

I decided to take a chance on Telkom again but was sadly disappointed, my mistake but how can a company continue debiting me incorrect amounts every month. I cant even get hold of a rep to help correct this issue.

I canceled my contract with another company then moved to a new ISP and Vox, i received a call that they will come install the next day at the time slot of 8am. It’s been a week now and still no contact was made again from them.

Ordered two weeks ago, and i expected delivery within a week but nothing has happened. This issue is still persisting and i have no idea when my ordered items will arrive. 

My car had broken down and i paid two amounts to this company, however i was told that certain parts are not covered and i need to pay an additional amount. I don’t understand how this is possible, no one had informed me of this at the start.

Extremely disappointed with this company, i ordered long ago and paid over R1000. Delivery still has not being made. Wont be using them again.
